Through a series of ten custom Rebalancing Body Work sessions, you will work one-on-one with your personal therapist to release deep-seated issues—from stored trauma and adrenal fatigue to neurological and structural imbalances. YOUR 14-NIGHT REBALANCE PROGRAM INCLUDES:
Ten 90-minute Rebalancing bodywork sessions with your personal highly-skilled therapist who will profoundly get to know your needs for a customized arc of experience that targets physical imbalance, brings the body back into alignment, and supports profound relaxation and release.
While this retreat program is for anyone seeking the deepest relaxation and repair, it’s especially beneficial for those suffering from neurological or structural imbalance, physical trauma, adrenal fatigue, or any physical issues or pains that are limiting physical mobility, movement, and vitality.
Because the body stores both physical and emotional pain in its tissues, this soothing, comforting, and highly-customized retreat program also offers relief and repair to anyone wanting to calm the nervous system, while experiencing a gentle release of stuck energies that are manifesting as physical or emotional imbalance.
This is a deeply held container, because you will have the same highly-skilled massage therapist through all of your sessions, allowing them to get to know the special needs of your body for targeted progress.
We are home to the School of Rebalancing founded by Menlha Bruneau, also the founder of Hacienda del Sol. Our Rebalancing Structural Bodywork Therapists have been trained by Menlha to read the body, observing both what is in balance as well as what may be improved to support greater ease and comfort.
Your expert therapist then designs your custom sessions to create a sequence of treatments that work through each area of the body using specialized joint mobilization and deep tissue release techniques.
