Private Health Coaching
Your expert Primal Health Coaches will help you create an effective and enjoyable nutrition, movement, and lifestyle plan that works for you – while ensuring your specific health needs, questions, and intentions are addressed.
$150 per 60 minute session
In addition to our daily movement schedule, if you would like to deepen your experience, any of our group classes can be customized for your specific intentions and desires into one-on-one therapies, including yoga and primal fitness. These are held in the supportive space of our nature-integrated yoga shala.
$120 per 60 minute session
In conducting this gentle and completely hygienic cleansing of the large intestine with warm water using gravity-fed colemas, we remove any toxic residues produced by stress, pathogens, or an imbalanced diet for a myriad of wellness benefits. Please note, these sessions are only available through our Juice Cleanse Retreat or 6-Day Juice Cleanse add-on wellness pack.

All participants are responsible to get clearance from their doctor before participating in any of our programs. Furthermore, Hacienda Del Sol is 3 hours from the closest hospital and 45 minutes from the closest clinic, therefore participants with health conditions that require fast access to health care should take that into consideration before making a reservation.
