We take extensive safety precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. We have a strict focus on cleanliness, safety and hygiene to prevent infections and ensure a continued focus on health and safety for our guests and associates.

PUBLIC AREAS

We clean surfaces frequently with trained staff and ISO-approved cleaning agents.

All of our public spaces are open air making it easy to socially distance if you choose. This includes our Yoga Shala, Restaurant, and Pool.

CLEANING PROTOCOLS

We have implemented a rigorous thorough cleaning protocol on all surfaces with certified products and standards of ISO 9001, 14001, RC14001, OHSAS 18001 and REACH. All our linen is 100% disinfected and sanitized.

STAND ALONE BUNGALOWS

Hacienda Del Sol bungalows are completely private and do not share walls. Each bungalow provides the following:
Private Deck
Private Hammock
Independent air conditioners, preventing the spread of viruses and bacteria

EXTENSIVE HYGIENE TRAINING

Furthermore, our associates have been receiving regular and recurrent training to ensure proper hand hygiene and awareness of COVID-19. This is vital to help combat the spread of viruses in general and the health of our associates and guests.

All of our vendors, including our shuttle drivers, are in close relationship with us and we have had these partnerships in place for years.
