We pride ourselves on being a boutique resort with an intimate, welcoming feel. Our twelve private bungalows set in the middle of the healing Costa Rican jungle are the very definition of this pure energy.

OUR ACCOMMODATIONS

Thoughtfully designed to be a deeply restful place to come home to, our accommodations are an integral part of your healing experience with us – a lovely and comforting space to hold you gently through your transformational journey.

Our ‘Hacienda’ has a long and beautiful heritage, and as we’ve made updates, it’s always from a place of respectful restoration – as there is healing energy held in her bones.

We have been intentional in preserving the precious wood beams, traditional vaulted ceilings, and unique character of the original structures during any remodelling process. As a result, our facilities and bungalows have a distinctive charm.

Through this ongoing transformation, we have seamlessly blended the original essence of Hacienda del Sol with modern amenities and comforts, for a truly unparalleled guest experience.

While each are unique in their own way, all bungalows include:

TIERRA

We have four Tierra bungalows throughout the property. These beloved bungalows were renovated eight years ago and still have the original clay tiles from twenty-five years ago. The furniture was updated three years ago.

They have a lot of character, with wood details, teak headboards, and a rustic style. These bungalows have the smallest layout. They also have smaller desks and small, ensuite bathrooms with showers.

PURA

Fully renovated in 2019, these four elevated bungalows have a modern, clean aesthetic with a lot of airy white touches and higher-end finishes.

They have the second largest layout and larger ensuite private bathrooms with indoor/outdoor shower option. They also have large, teak desks making them more suitable for working from paradise.

CIELO

Our four premium, newly-renovated (2022) Cielo bungalows have the highest-end finishes, largest layout, and larger indoor/outdoor bathrooms.

In addition to everything the Pura has, these bungalows uniquely offer luxurious floating stone bathtubs that you can enjoy while gazing into the jungle on your large private terrace.
