Some of our retreats include optional fasting, cleansing and daily physical activity, and we're in a remote part of Guanacaste. If you're pregnant, take regular medication, or have a health condition, please speak with your own doctor before you book. No need to share any medical details here. We’re a sanctuary designed for restoration and renewal. To ensure our retreats are the right fit for you, we ask that you share your health history during your booking. This helps our team create a personalized experience that honors your needs. We’re located in a remote, peaceful part of Costa Rica—3 hours from major medical facilities—which is part of what makes this land so healing.
