REBALANCING STRUCTURAL BODY WORK

We are home to the School of Rebalancing founded by Menlha Bruneau, also the founder of Hacienda del Sol. Our Rebalancing Body Work Therapists have been trained by Menlha to read the body, observing both what is in balance as well as what may be improved to support greater ease and comfort. Your expert therapist then designs your custom session using specialized joint mobilization and deep tissue release techniques.
DETOX MASSAGE
90 minutes – $160
Cleanse the body of toxins and boost your natural filtration system. Our Detox Massage is a combination of techniques including Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping Massage, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, and the use of minerals or scrubs to alkalize and restore the body. You will need to fast for 90 minutes before the treatment and drink plenty of water afterwards to flush the freed toxins.
FASCIA BLASTING BODY TREATMENT
90 minutes – $160
Fascia blasting is a form of fascial manipulation which helps to reduce cellulite, detox your body, achieve firmer skin, experience less muscle pain, have less joint pain, and increased circulation. Fascia Blasting is an incredible technique to work with scar tissue, tense muscles, and both the symptoms and causes of chronic pain. Furthermore, its a fantastic way to help your whole lymphatic system to release toxins. Your massage therapist will talk with you and design a session that is perfect for you.
TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE

An effective and gentle form of bodywork to fully relax and reset the nervous system. This ancient healing technique incorporates yoga-like stretches that loosen joints and balance major muscle groups of the body. Thai Massage brings deep relaxation, stress reduction, improved blood circulation, lowered blood pressure, headache and sinus relief, increased range of motion, and centering of the mind and body.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE
75 minutes – $140
Within the body, there is a silent system working to keep us healthy – the lymph system. Without it, our bodies would swell with fluid and succumb to infections. The lymph system’s impact is so extensive that many don’t realize when aches and pains, lethargy, or susceptibility to colds may be due to a sluggish system. This massage will stimulate the lymphatic system and help the body release toxins. If you are here to detox, this session is essential.
SWEDISH MASSAGE

Our Swedish massage session is a classic massage style designed to soothe your muscles and promote deep relaxation. During the session, our experienced practitioner will use long, soft strokes and kneading techniques to gently release any tension or stress in your body. This calming session also helps to release emotional stress and promote a sense of peace and tranquility in your mind.
ACUPRESSURE MASSAGE

These massage techniques are rooted in ancient traditions that understand the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit via specific acupoints. By intentionally stimulating these deep layers of muscle tissue with precise pressure and strokes, this therapy promotes total balance and harmony while offering soothing relief to aching muscles and joints.
VIBRO-ACOUSTIC MASSAGE

Vibro-acoustic massage is a powerful healing and relaxation session. The Master Sound Bowl, weighing 2- 3kg, is placed directly onto the body and struck to produce powerful vibrations. Designed by the oldest sound bowl manufacturer in Nepal, the bowl creates a deep sound that penetrates the skin, fascia, organs, and down to the bones. The vibrations cause relaxation of the tissues and open the lymphatic system, bringing the body into a state where it can heal itself.
THERAPEUTIC FLIGHTS

This restorative session combines elements of Acroyoga and Thai Massage to elongate the spine and release muscle tension. With the support and guidance of your practitioner, you will experience the unique feeling of floating, allowing gravity to pull in all the right ways. Therapeutic Flights increase flexibility, improve circulation, revitalize body posture, and correct internal organ function. LIFT AND TONE FACIAL

A firming and tightening treatment to stimulate blood flow and collagen production in the face. This treatment is focused on releasing tension, awakening sleepy facial muscles, and activating circulation. This is achieved with stimulating fascia facial tools, hands-on facial massage, and adding nutrients for your skin to regenerate cells and support the structure from the inside. Your skin will look rejuvenated and healthy.
NETWORK SPINAL ANALYSIS
30 to 60 minutes – $160
A personalized session that consists of gentle touches along the spine to support the brain in establishing fresh neural connections. Whether your hardwired trauma pattern is physical, mental, or emotional, this reorganization of the nervous system will shift you from chronic tension and pain to harmony, balance, and adaptability. This session includes an in-depth health interview and thorough assessment of the nervous system using a thermographic scan for targeted support and progress checks.

Holistic, gentle, hands-on adjustments to realign the spine, remove stress and tension from the body, and improve nervous system function. The adjusting techniques are customized for every client based on individual preferences and needs, which may include light touch tonal adjustments, activator adjustments and traditional manual adjustments.
BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL

Menlha works to increase the movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system. Creating a free flow of this fluid is crucial for the entire system to function properly. Signs of stagnant fluid include: stress, tension, anxiety, poor sleep, chronic pain, hyperactivity, and poor concentration. This massage uses gentle pressure around the head, spine, and sacrum to generate movement of the cerebrospinal fluid.
