This is more than a wellness program – it’s a profound, 21-night journey of total transmutation. Designed as a curated upgrade to our core Rejuvenation Retreat, the 21-Night Body Transformation Program is built to help you release what no longer serves you and create a new foundation for what does.
Your journey begins with 7 nights on a our Juice Cleanse program to detox and prepare your system. You’ll then transition to 14 nights on our Metabolic Rewire program, designed to reboot your body’s internal engine and create a new, powerful foundation for health.
Over these three weeks, you will embark on a healing experience unlike any other, releasing excess weight and reclaiming your vitality through an immersive transformation of diet, exercise, mind, and spirit.

Week 1 - Juice Cleanse
Seven days of detoxing. This includes your detox-specific meals before and after the juice cleansing
Specialty juice plan which includes 6-days of cold pressed juices made from superfoods and produce that we grow right on our property
Four consultations with one of Hacienda del Sol’s expert juice facilitators
Daily colemas that support a deep cleanse of the colon with the help of specific fiber drinks
One liver flush to clear and cleanse one of your most vital detoxification body systems
Weeks 2 and 3 - Metabolic Rewire
Calorie-controlled and nutritionally-balanced sugar-detox cuisine
Eight Primal Health Coaching sessions to learn about and personalize your perfect life-long food and wellness plan that works for you. You will never be hungry. And you will never eat anything that doesn't taste good.
Two 90-Minute Deep Fascia Release Body Treatments -Releases the ‘gristle’ in your tissue using special tools to support improved skin tone, release lymph stagnation, clear stored trauma, break up adhesions and scar tissue, and increase circulation. May be substituted for any spa treatment of your preference of equal or lesser value.
Reintegration - You will be guided in implementing everything you've received during your stay with us back home for sustained and lasting change.

SPECIAL FEATURES
This retreat program offers a custom-curated arc of experience for total body-mind-spirit transformation:
- Week one – Offers an invigorating 7-day juice cleanse that uses green juices to begin the process of ketogenic adaptation (switching your metabolism from using carbs as fuel to using fat as fuel).
- Week two – You’ll continue your ketogenic adaptation by following our primal ketogenic diet (a more alkalinizing version of a standard ketogenic diet), as well as unbinding your body’s natural mobility and tapping into your innate strength.
- Week three – your metabolism will complete its transition from carb burning to fat-burning and you’ll be able to use the regained mobility and strength from week two to safely engage in higher intensity workouts that take you to your edge (but never beyond it!).
21-NIGHT PROGRAM PRICE
This program is a $2715 per person add-on.
This is in addition to the core Rejuvenation Retreat all-inclusive pricing.
Please be sure to select at least 21-nights on the Rejuvenation Retreat in our online booking platform to be able to select this program add-on.
Arrival days are flexible, with the exception of Mondays and Thursdays.
- To arrive on a Monday or Thursday, you must book a minimum 22-night stay (one night on the Rejuvenation Retreat and the remaining on the 21-Night Body Transformation). This allows for a gentle start to your cleanse before it officially begins.
- If you book a 21-night retreat for this program and arrive on a Monday or Thursday, you will not be compensated for the first day spent on the Rejuvenation Retreat.
