This is our core retreat experience and the foundation of all our other retreats (meaning, all of our specialty retreats include ‘The Rejuvenation Retreat’ as their baseline and build from there).
The Rejuvenation Retreat is for everybody, and every body.
We like to think of it as our ‘flexible, healthy vacation.’
Meaning, this is our least structured retreat, so you might select this retreat if your life is ‘overscheduled’ and you just want the flexibility to unwind and do what you want, when you want – as you deeply relax, rejuvenate, and enjoy a gentle detox.
This retreat does not have a ‘facilitator’, which means that you won’t be working with our expert guides one-on-one, but rather will participate in as many or as little of Hacienda Del Sol’s daily activities as you’d like.

Rejuvenating Deep Tissue Massage 10-Pack – $1600
This pack applies specifically to our Rejuvenating Deep Tissue Massage, a full-body massage with a special focus on integrating the body, mind, and spirit, and calming the nervous system. This massage is designed to effortlessly melt away stress and tension, as different methods and variations of pressure are combined depending on your preferences. Your highly skilled therapist will get to know you and your body over the course of these sessions to restore the deepest alignment possible. Alternatively, select from any assortment of our available massages or treatments valued at $160.
Rebalancing Structural Bodywork 10-Pack – $1600
We are home to the School of Rebalancing founded by Menlha Bruneau, also the founder of Hacienda del Sol. Our Rebalancing Bodywork Therapists have been trained by Menlha to read the body, observing both what is in balance as well as what may be improved to support greater ease, mobility, and comfort. Your expert therapist then designs your custom sessions to create a sequence of treatments that work through each area of the body using specialized joint mobilization and deep tissue release techniques.
Please note that ten packs are recommended for stays of at least 14-nights
Choose from a selection of the best detox therapies. We recommend any combination of Detox Massages, Body Scrubs, and Fascia Blasting, however you may customize your pack with your preferred treatments of choice. Our staff will happily guide you in selecting available options.
5-Pack – $800
10-Pack – $1600 – For stays 14-nights or longer.
Using specialized tools, your trained therapist will work with your body to break up adhesions and scar tissue in your fascia that are keeping you stuck – mentally, emotionally, or physically. Fascia stores trauma, and its release serves to open your being on every level as blocked energy is allowed to move freely again. Enjoy an elimination of toxins, enhanced circulation, reduced inflammation, and an expansion in mind, body, and soul. Please note that some bruising can occur from this treatment due to fresh blood flow to the area.
With this pack you will be working with one practitioner with whom you will develop a nourishing and supportive relationship. She will work with you to design a series of five sessions perfect for your needs.
5-Pack – $800
This pack includes 4 health coaching sessions with one of our expert Primal Health coaches. They will personally guide you through our Life Nutrition for the Nervous System™ method, helping you create an effective and enjoyable holistic food, movement, and wellness plan that works for you.
Whatever phase of life or health you are in, your coach will help you fulfill your intentions. You will also develop the ability to become your own master authority. This plan not only recalibrates you while you are with us, but also integrates into your life back home for sustainable change.
In addition to the 4 sessions, this pack also comes with a complimentary 20-minute intake session prior to arrival to best customize your stay for your unique health goals.

Whether your hardwired patterns are from physical, mental or emotional stress or trauma, this care will engage an organic reorganizational healing experience, liberating the resources trapped in tension and defence patterns.
Holistic gentle touch Network Chiropractic initially shifts the brain to internally discover and release, allowing natural, organic breath, movement and emotion to surface. Once a natural healing rhythm within is established, activator adjustments and traditional gentle chiropractic adjustments may be used to further release energy along spine and rib cage, for an even greater sense of freedom and flow throughout your body.
