All freshly-pressed juices, smoothies, fresh coconut water, and organic teas. You are welcome to order any of these throughout the day at your leisure
Our lovely private bungalows ensure a soothing place for restorative relaxation and sleep
Signature Yoga & Movement classes - Our yoga and mindful movement classes flow between activation and restoration throughout the day

This is our core retreat experience and the foundation of all our other retreats (meaning, all of our specialty retreats include ‘The Rejuvenation Retreat’ as their baseline and build from there).
The Rejuvenation Retreat is for everybody, and every body.
We like to think of it as our ‘flexible, healthy vacation.’
Meaning, this is our least structured retreat, so you might select this retreat if your life is ‘overscheduled’ and you just want the flexibility to unwind and do what you want, when you want – as you deeply relax, rejuvenate, and enjoy a gentle detox.
This retreat does not have a ‘facilitator’, which means that you won’t be working with our expert guides one-on-one, but rather will participate in as many or as little of Hacienda Del Sol’s daily activities as you’d like.
The all-inclusive Rejuvenation Retreat is a minimum of 3 nights and recommended for 7 nights or more to receive full benefit.
Arrival and departure dates are flexible.

Please note before booking that Hacienda Del Sol is NOT a medical facility. We do NOT have medically trained staff, and we do NOT give medical advice. All participants are responsible to get clearance from their doctor before participating in any of our programs. Furthermore, Hacienda Del Sol is 3 hours from the closest hospital and 45 minutes from the closest clinic, therefore participants with health conditions that require fast access to health care should take that into consideration before making a reservation.
