SPECIAL FEATURES

Our signature fat loss program is patterned after the diet, exercise, and lifestyle behaviors of our ancestors – The Primal Lifestyle.

In addition to the full movement and class schedule, guests on this retreat have the choice between two dietary plans based on the level of carb restriction they desire, and they can decide which they prefer once they meet with their trained health coach to determine the best choice for them.

Both diets are based on nutrient dense, locally sourced, whole foods that are naturally grain-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free.

Primal Keto – Intense carb restriction (25 net carbs, so no fruit allowed). Weight loss tends to be deeper on a Ketogenic diet, as the carb restriction pushes your body to use fat from day one, yet this can be stressful at first for some.

Simple Primal – Gentle carb restriction (50-150 carbs allowed, so certain fruits are ok). Primal, with its more generous carb allowance, is a gentler approach with a lot less stress hormone dump. A simple Primal diet is ideal for people that don’t want to jump straight into the deep keto-water and make a softer metabolic shift.
