This Retreat Welcome Runway contains everything you need to be fully prepared for your stay with us and will allow you to land softly and smoothly once you arrive.

Of particular note, inside the Retreat Welcome Runway, you will find our online Guest Check-In Form.

Once we have your Check-In Form, our local Guest Experience Coordinator will have everything she needs to be in touch with you directly to coordinate your stay. She will reach out via WhatsApp prior to your arrival to finalize all of your details.

It is recommended we have this form no less than 30 days prior to your stay. If it’s less than 30 days to your arrival date, please fill it out asap if you can.

Please note that if you have added the Juice Cleanse, 21-Night Body Transformation, Burn-Out Recovery, or Metabolic Rewire curated programs to your reservation there are some additional program-specific steps in the Runway.
