This retreat is for those who want to improve their metabolic flexibility so they can get off the sugar-burning roller-coaster and shift into fat-burning mode for sustained weight loss.
In addition to dropping body fat without muscle loss, this retreat also helps with decreasing inflammation, increasing injury recovery, improving mental clarity and cognitive function, reversing aging, increasing energy, and reducing cardiovascular risk factors.

In addition to the full movement and class schedule, guests on this retreat have the choice between two dietary plans based on the level of carb restriction they desire, and they can decide which they prefer once they meet with their trained nutrition coach to determine the best choice for them.
Both diets are based on nutrient dense, locally sourced, whole foods that are naturally grain-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free.
This retreat is a minimum of 7 nights and is recommended for up to 21 nights.

Rebalance Massage 10-Pack ($1395) – This pack applies specifically to our signature Rebalance session, a healing full-body massage with a special focus on targeting imbalances in the body and calming the nervous system. Your highly skilled therapist will restore harmony and bring the body back into alignment.

Includes five 90-minute fascia blasting deep tissue bodywork sessions that release the ‘gristle’ in your tissue using special tools to smooth cellulite, release lymph stagnation, reduce joint discomfort and muscle tension, clear stored trauma, break up adhesions and scar tissue, and increase mobility and circulation.
With this pack you will be working with one practitioner with whom you will develop a nourishing and supportive relationship. She will work with you to design a series of five sessions perfect for your needs.
