Schedule
- Arrival - group begins with a raw food dinner 6 pm and introduction of participants and cleanse
- Day 1 -yoga, meditation, light food, introduction to colema (colon cleansing)
- Day 2 - 6 (5 days juicing)- Yoga, meditation, herbs, teas, noni juice, aloe vera, pipa and juices, colemas (2 a day), skin brushing, clay baths, digestive system massage, days in silence (optional)
- Day 6 - Liver Cleanse, optional liver cleanse consisting of five different drinks.
- Day 7 - yoga, meditation, breaking the juice fast. Demonstration of raw food preparation, raw food lunch, closing circle, departure.
